property scout for the same company. Your work is to find eligible commercial
properties and notify the investors about them. If the property matches their
criteria, they contact the owner and try to buy it. You, on the other hand,
get compensated for finding the property.

2 points – when and how much money do you get. If you want the money
upfront, you will get less than if you are willing to wait till the property
is bought and resold. In this later case, they will give you 3% of

I was skeptical at first. But I spent the money and
got the training. Once I got it, I was hooked. Finished the training in
record time, got certified and entered three deals! One of my deals already
has a Letter of Intent to the seller! If he accepts and everything goes
well, I'm on my way!!
